The man in this video, Robert Wagner, was at Creighton University Medical Center after his cousin, an alleged gang member, was murdered. Wagner was upset that the police wouldn’t allow his girl-friend to see his relative. Wagner became angry and after words were exchanged with the officers, he was ordered to leave. As the video shows, the suspect started leaving but started name calling a female investigator. She ordered the suspect to be arrested and the police say he punched an officer in the head. Wagner was tasered by at least two officers and was charged with a felony, assault on a officer.
